From the center back of your neck with your arm slightly bent, follow the tape measure down to the outside of your wrist bone or measure your favorite coat or shirt. Lay your favorite shirt or coat (buttoned/zipped up) face down on a flat surface. Make sure the garment is completely flattened out. Measure from the center back point where the collar stand joins the back yoke to the end of the cuff.
